Ashrayadhama Anatha Makkala Ashrama and Rural Development Society is a non-profit organization, established in 2000 in Chitradurga, is dedicated to the holistic development of urban poor, orphan children, and senior citizens. We operate an orphanage and old age home, currently serving 37 children and 20 senior citizens by providing essential needs such as food, shelter, healthcare, and education. Additionally, we execute various development activities for women and children in Chitradurga, Davangere, and Bellary Districts. Through economic interventions facilitated by self-help groups, we have reached and benefited over 3,000 individuals to date.

Plant Protection Program
On 26th June 2024, we organized a Plant Protection Program at Ketheshwara Matha in Seebara, Chitradurga. This initiative aimed to educate the community on sustainable agricultural practices and the importance of protecting plant life. Participants engaged in various activities, including hands-on training sessions and informative workshops. The event was a significant step towards promoting environmental awareness and agricultural sustainability in the region.
Ashrama Staff & Orphan Children Enjoy a Picnic Program
On 26-04-2024, the Ashrama staff and orphan children embarked on a delightful picnic to Jogimatti, Chitradurga. The day was filled with fun activities, games, and bonding, creating cherished memories for everyone. This outing provided a refreshing break and brought smiles to the faces of the children and staff alike.
Celebrating Orphan Children's Birthdays
On 28th March 2024, we celebrated the birthdays of our orphan children at the Ashrama Building in Seebara, Chitradurga. The event was filled with joy, games, and special activities to make the day memorable for the children. Volunteers and community members came together to organize a heartfelt celebration, highlighting the importance of love and care in their lives. The celebration not only brought smiles to the children's faces but also strengthened the sense of community and support.
Orphan Children Program Celebration in Ashrama
On 24th February 2024, our NGO hosted a special Orphan Children Program Celebration at the Ashrama in Seebara, Chitradurga. The event featured engaging activities, educational workshops, and fun-filled games to bring joy and learning to the children. It was a heartwarming day that underscored our dedication to supporting and nurturing the orphan children in our community.
Gandhi Jayanthi Celebration in Ashrama - 2023
On 2nd October 2023, our NGO office in Seebara, Chitradurga, hosted a special Gandhi Jayanthi celebration for the Ashrama children. The event featured educational activities and interactive sessions, honoring the principles and values of Mahatma Gandhi. It was a day of inspiration and learning, fostering a spirit of peace and unity among the children.
Feeding Ashrama Children Program
On 19th September 2023, our NGO organized a heartwarming feeding program for Ashrama children in Seebara, Chitradurga. The event aimed to provide nutritious meals to the children, fostering their health and well-being. It was a joyous occasion filled with smiles and gratitude, reflecting our commitment to supporting the holistic development of these young lives. The program not only nourished the children but also strengthened community bonds and highlighted the importance of collective care and compassion.
Visit of Saraswathi Swamy Ji to Our Ashrama
On 26-04-2023, our Ashrama in Seebara, Chitradurga, was honored by the visit of Saraswathi Swamy Ji. The event took place at the Ashrama Building, where Swamy Ji blessed and inspired all present. His presence brought immense joy and spiritual upliftment to our community.
School Day program
We organized a School Day program on 7th January 2020, where our Ashrayadhama children also actively participated.
Celebration of Christmas Day
We celebrated Christmas Day with a festive event, distributing prizes to the children. The program was graced by the presence of Don Bosco Father and Sisters, adding to the joy and significance of the celebration.
Distribution of Books to Children
On 7th July 2019, we distributed pens, books, and bags to the orphanage children, generously sponsored by Vedanta Company. The event aimed to support the educational needs of these young minds and encourage their academic pursuits. This thoughtful contribution made a significant impact on the children's lives, providing them with essential resources for their studies.
